Become a buyer

Buyer accounts are approved individually. Tell us about your business and you go straight into registration — the membership fee, the buyer agreement, and your documents. We review after that, and when you are approved we email you a link to create your login.

Membership is $199.00 USD per year, or less if you have an invitation code. Accounts are opened by application — there is no free signup.

How it works

You upload your business documents, and tell us whether you need our fulfilment.
We review by hand. On approval we email you a link to create your login, and your balance becomes store credit for Source & Sell orders — it is not withdrawable.

Entry requirement: Complete your identity and business profile
Positioning: Single-layer referrer
Benefits: Referral reward when your invitation code brings a qualified order
Limits: One layer only — no sub-referrals, no team bonus, no territory; may not present as our agent

Partner

Established local channel

Entry requirement: US entity and tax ID, sector capability, training, compliance and performance
Positioning: Established local channel
Benefits: Wholesale pricing, brand authorisation, samples, leads, MDF, territory, platform-assigned orders
Limits: Reviewed continuously: breaches, poor service or low activity can downgrade or end the relationship

Advancement is not based on how many people you refer. It is based on real completed orders, customer quality, repeat business, training and service capability.

Referral reward

You earn 10% of the platform margin on orders placed by buyers who join with your invitation code. It is credited to your account balance and offsets what you owe on goods; it is not paid out in cash.

It accrues on every qualifying order for as long as they keep buying — not once.
One layer only. There is no reward on anyone THEY invite, and there is no team bonus.*
A refund reverses the reward that order earned.
You are not our agent or employee, and you may not present yourself as either.

* Invitation codes can only be issued by buyers we admitted directly. If you joined using another buyer's code, you still earn on your own orders, but you cannot invite others — the referral is one layer deep and does not branch.
